Clean facilities. Machines are nice and proficient because the place is new. Not sure how long they been open. Like that payments are electronic and don't have to lug around quarters!!!

Been coming here for over a yr. Loved it esp the hours available. But lately the last 2xs I came its smells bad. I feel the machines need to be washed. Do a vinegar and hot water in all washers...

Best places to wash and dry. Only downside is bathroom not open last time I tried... if the reason for that is to avoid public use, may I suggest using our way card to unlock the bathroom? That's an idea

$5.50 to do a load of laundry 🧺! $0.25 to get 6 minutes of drying time! A little pathetic! We are at the dawn of the 21st century and we still need laundry mats!!! Houses and Apartments should be required by law to have clothing washers and dryers in them to comply with public health and human sanitation laws! Evolve to this standard my Beloved USA Please!!!! It's so 1980's!

I started going here. I have been going after always going to Laundry Max for years. I find this place more clean and less crowded. I can come in do my laundry and go on about my business. Love the location, it's near my home. Love the peace n quiet.

Very low key laundromat as opposed to some others in Worcester that are bustling at all hours of the day/night with shady characters. The machines are very efficient, and I can get 2 huge loads done for $10.00. The only downside of this place is that it's self run..there are no employees, no bathrooms, and the doors lock automatically at night when they close. So if you have an issue with the machines or your clothes or anything, you fill out a complaint slip and hope to hear back I guess..I have had no issues up to this point.

Have used Ultra Wash 9 or 10 times; always very clean, reasonably priced, efficient machines (if you select hot, the water/dryer will be hot) and the front loaders clean very well. Card paying system, with reloading machine, is convenient. Only once did I see a washer out of order. There is a sink with paper towels available for use. I understand the lack of restroom being a minus. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Place is clean, has plenty of machines, and isn't too crowded. I like that it uses electronic payment cards so you don't have to mess with quarters.

Lots of machines and it is kept clean. Sundays are busy. If you want the extra large washers arrive early. The laundry I brought washed so well that it looked brand new. A heads up, there is no restroom.
